Phi

Company

We do not adviseon revenue. We run it.

Consultancies hand you a plan. Agencies run a campaign. Software hands you a login. Phi does none of that. We are an AI-native operating company that embeds senior people, intelligence and technology inside B2B businesses, takes the number, and is measured on whether it moves.

Founded in 2019, Phi was built from day one to do one thing: build and operate the systems that make revenue predictable.

What Phi does.

Phi builds a company’s Revenue System, the connected set of data, workflows, operators and AI that makes growth repeatable, turning growth from a function into infrastructure the business owns rather than rents. The discipline of running it all as one is what Phi calls revenue orchestration, and it is the category we are here to define.

We work the full motion: strategy, intelligence, GTM engineering, acquisition, operations, activation and expansion. And we do not stop at design. We deploy the operators who run the motion every day, in the client’s stack, against the client’s number.

Built from the operating floor, not the conference room.

Phi was built by doing the work, running revenue motions, managing teams, building systems, serving demanding markets, learning what actually changes outcomes.

That origin matters. It means Phi’s thinking is grounded in execution, not theory. We know how the motion breaks: we have run it. We know what a clean system is worth: we built the messy version first.

How Phi is built.

01

An operating company, not an advisory one.

Our people run revenue motions for a living. The firm is built around execution, embedded teams, daily cadence and operator ownership, not billable advice.

02

One repeatable machine.

Every engagement runs on the Phi Operating System, the same Diagnose, Design, Build, Operate, Optimize method, run on the Phi Stack, so results transfer from one client to the next instead of depending on who is assigned.

03

Secure by design.

Operators work from secured campuses on managed devices, inside controlled environments. Enterprise-grade control is a condition of embedding, not an afterthought.

04

A builder of technology.

When Phi sees a repeated operating problem, it builds a system to solve it. Datasets and go2market are the proprietary products born from that instinct, and the reason “AI-native” is a fact here, not a claim.

05

Long-term by intent.

The model is built for partnership. A Revenue System only compounds when it runs for years, not weeks.

How we got here.

Each step on this line is a problem we hit running revenue for a client and the system we built to solve it. That is the pattern: Phi’s products and method came out of the operating floor, in order.

  1. 2019

    Founded on the operating floor.

Phi starts by running revenue motions directly for clients: managing teams, building systems, owning numbers.

  2. 2020

    The first embedded sales org.

A full SMB sales organization plus collections and onboarding, stood up inside AtoB. From 72 customers toward 7% of the US fleet card market.

  3. 2022

The Phi Operating System is written down.

Diagnose, Design, Build, Operate, Optimize. The same five steps, in the same order, become the method for every engagement.

  4. 2026

    Datasets and go2market ship.

Repeated operating problems become products: a data layer that keeps records current, and AI workers on routine execution.

  5. TODAY

    30+ companies operated inside.

Series A to public, across freight, fintech, logistics and cloud. $1B+ in revenue generated for clients.

What we believe.

  1. 01Execution beats presentations. The plan is worth nothing until it runs.
  2. 02Systems outlive headcount.Capacity walks out the door; a system stays.
  3. 03AI should multiply operators, not replace judgment.Machine speed, human judgment.
  4. 04Security is part of the product.Trust is not a policy bolted on afterward.
  5. 05The best systems get stronger every quarter.Compounding is the whole point.
  6. 06Clients deserve operating partners, not vendor sprawl. One accountable team, not ten tools.

Operators leading anoperating company.

Phi is led by people who have sat in the operating seat: owning a number, managing a floor, fixing a broken motion, entering a market from zero. That experience is not a line on a bio. It is the reason the firm operates the way it does, and the reason the Phi Operating System is built the way it is.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Founded Phi in 2019 and set the standard the firm still runs to: senior operators inside the business, accountable to the client's number.

Has spent over a decade building revenue in SaaS and fintech, working with companies from early stage to established on the same problem each time — growth that depends on a system rather than on a few people.

Saad Farooq

Chief Technology Officer

Owns the Phi Stack: Datasets, go2market, and the engineering behind the machinery every engagement runs on.

Builds and scales working systems rather than prototypes, and has led products from concept through delivery into live operating environments.

Abdullah Ismaeel

Abdullah Ismaeel

Chief Operating Officer

Owns the operating floor: the campuses, the cadence and the quality bar every Phi engagement is held to.

Has scaled sales organizations from 5 reps to 60+ across US, EU and APAC without losing performance discipline, building the onboarding, coaching, pipeline reviews and accountability systems that hold when teams turn over.

Chief Business Officer

Owns growth: how Phi enters a market, wins the mandate and turns a first engagement into a long-term operating partnership.

Has built and run revenue engines across payments, fleet cards, factoring, credit, embedded finance and freight SaaS — designing the ICPs, playbooks, RevOps and accountability systems that let a motion scale from 1 to 10 reps and 10 to 50 without becoming personality dependent.

Proven whereexecution matters.

Phi has operated inside 20+ companies, from Series A to public, and measures its work in outcomes.

$1B+

Revenue directly generated for clients.

20+

Companies operated inside, from Series A to public.

Of the US fleet card market captured by a single client, built from 72 customers.

8x+

Revenue growth delivered for clients inside 6 to 12 months.

2x+

ROI positive within the first 90 days.

The names behind those numbers are real, and so are the systems that produced them.
