Phi

Proof

One machine. Seven companies. The same shape of result.

Phi does not measure its work in decks delivered or meetings held. We measure it in revenue closed, markets entered, pipeline built and teams scaled, inside real companies, against real numbers.

What follows is not a list of lucky wins. It is one machine, the Phi Operating System, producing results across seven different companies. Same disciplined path in. Same operating cadence. Different markets, different mandates. And each time, the same shape of outcome: growth that compounds.

Evidence of operating impact.

$1B+

Revenue directly generated for clients.

20+

Companies operated inside, from Series A to public.

7%

Of the US fleet card market captured by a single client, built from 72 customers.

8x+

Revenue growth delivered for clients inside 6 to 12 months.

2x+

ROI positive within the first 90 days.

How we count it: $1B+ is the cumulative revenue closed inside the motions Phi operated, across 30+ engagements, measured against each client’s own reporting during Phi’s tenure. It is not annualised, and it is not a projection. The case studies below are representative engagements, not the full total.

A system,not a streak.

A repeatable machine is only repeatable if you can watch it run more than once. So every Phi engagement is documented against the same structure, the Operating Record, whatever the market or the mandate. That is how you tell a system from a streak: the same shape produces a different number, again and again. Here it is running.

“They adapted to an environment that changed daily, and never stopped improving the process.”

— Head of Support & Success, US fintech client

CONTEXT

A high-potential fintech stuck at 72 customers, in one of the most competitive categories in the market, without the commercial machine to scale.

MANDATE

Build and run the commercial system that turns a small base into serious market share.

SYSTEM

A full SMB sales organization for acquisition, plus front-line 24/7/365 multi-channel support, collections and onboarding for activation and retention — 150+ Phi operators across the front and back of the revenue motion.

EXECUTION

Phi's operators ran the daily motion on the operating cadence, inside AtoB's stack, accountable to the number.

OUTCOME

Phi's motion took AtoB to 7% of the US fleet card market, grown from 72 customers. In the same period, AtoB reached an $800M valuation and raised its Series C.

LEARNING

The plays that worked here, the SMB acquisition motion and the collections-and-onboarding back end, fed straight into the Phi Operating System, sharpening how we run the same motion for the next client.

The same machine,five more times.

Different companies. Different markets. Different starting points. One disciplined system, scaled to each mandate. Open any record to see the same six fields.

CONTEXT

A logistics telematics company growing without sales infrastructure: no outbound motion, no segmentation, inconsistent follow-up and no sales tooling behind the team.

MANDATE

Build and run the full sales cycle.

SYSTEM

A GTM audit, then pipeline design, persona segmentation, CRM automation and an outbound motion built on top of it.

EXECUTION

Specialised teams deployed by vertical, with sales enablement, ICP refinement and performance tracking run on the Phi cadence.

OUTCOME

$2M to $16M ARR in 18 months.

LEARNING

Vertical specialisation was the unlock. Splitting the team by vertical rather than by territory sharpened ICP definition faster than any amount of list refinement, and that pattern — segment first, then staff to the segment — is now how the Phi Operating System opens a market with no existing motion.

CONTEXT

A workforce automation platform for trucking with a product in market and no commercial engine behind it.

MANDATE

Build and run the acquisition motion.

SYSTEM

A small senior pod — sales development to open the market, plus support management to hold the accounts it landed.

EXECUTION

Phi's operators rebuilt the sales process, opened new channels and ran the daily motion inside the client's stack.

OUTCOME

$200K to $2.5M ARR in 15 months, supporting a $12M Series A.

LEARNING

The Operating System does not need scale to work. Design the motion before staffing it, and a pod of five can carry a 12x result.

I calculated my return on investment on Phi Consulting. It was three months.

Shohruh Rahmanov, CEO, DataTruck

CONTEXT

A global payments platform taking its B2B business suite into APAC, with no dedicated outbound motion behind the launch.

MANDATE

Build and run an APAC SDR motion for the B2B business suite.

SYSTEM

A focused SDR pod built for one job: open APAC conversations for the B2B suite and convert them into qualified demos.

EXECUTION

Phi's operators ran the outbound motion on the Phi cadence, qualifying into the demo and handing off to the client's closers.

OUTCOME

83 demos in 3 months, 44 deals closed.

LEARNING

A narrow mandate beats a broad one when entering a region. One motion, one product line, one market — the shape Phi now uses for any regional launch.

CONTEXT

A supply chain software company with demand in the market and no consistent top-of-funnel motion to convert it into pipeline.

MANDATE

Build and run a top-of-funnel SDR motion.

SYSTEM

A top-of-funnel SDR motion — targeting, sequencing and qualification built to feed the existing sales team rather than replace it.

EXECUTION

Phi's operators ran daily prospecting and qualification inside the client's stack, measured on pipeline created rather than activity.

OUTCOME

$6M in pipeline in 12 months.

LEARNING

Pipeline is a manufacturing problem, not a talent problem. Hold the top of the funnel to a daily standard and the number follows.

CONTEXT

A cloud infrastructure company scaling in APAC, where the cost of acquiring each customer was rising faster than the region was growing.

MANDATE

Build and run an APAC sales team.

SYSTEM

A regional sales team built in-region, with the segmentation, qualification and coverage model to match how APAC buyers actually evaluate infrastructure.

EXECUTION

Phi hired, trained and ran the team on the Phi cadence, tightening targeting until growth and acquisition cost moved in opposite directions.

OUTCOME

33% year-over-year growth at 37% lower CAC.

LEARNING

Lower CAC is a targeting outcome, not a spend decision. Qualify harder earlier and the same team produces more growth for less.

Phi Consulting has been instrumental in our growth journey, delivering exceptional value across multiple fronts.

Why the recordmatters.

The Operating Record is not paperwork. It is the discipline that makes the system transferable: every engagement is diagnosed, built, operated and measured the same way. That is why a result at AtoB is real evidence for what the same system does at yours.

Learning compounds across the record too: what works in one engagement sharpens the next, which is why the system gets faster and harder to copy over time.
